Delivery Timeline

Order Tracking

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order at the time of delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours with photos or videos of the issue. Our support team will assist you with a replacement or resolution.

Return Eligibility

Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

  Products that have been assembled, installed, or modified after delivery.

Replacement Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will arrange for the pickup (where applicable) or provide further instructions. After inspection, an eligible replacement or appropriate resolution will be processed.

Refund Policy

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned product passes our quality inspection.
